Terms of Use
Updated April 20, 2026
These terms cover the normal things: use the service lawfully, do not abuse access, and do not confuse AI-generated summaries for ground truth. If that last sentence sounds obvious, history suggests it is not obvious enough.
1. Use of Service
You may use SaveThat only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable terms for any connected third-party services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. AI Content
SaveThat may generate summaries, tags, embeddings, and chat responses using AI systems. These outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for reviewing the underlying source material.
4. Analysis Credits
Paid tiers include analysis limits that reset on a recurring basis. Used credits are not refundable. If you need perfect fairness at single-credit granularity, you are really asking for a billing product, not a bookmark tool.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create material security or operational risk.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
